Step by step instructions for making an appointment:
1. If you are a new client, you will be asked to create a log-in. If you are already in our system, you will be asked to verfiy your email or last 4 digits of your phone number to complete your profile.
2. Choose your appointment type.
3. Choose your practitioner.
4. Choose your date and time.
5. If you are using a Groupon or Living Social voucher, put your voucher number in the "notes" section of your appointment time. Also note that you must bring your voucher to your appointment as it will serve as payment. Failure to do so may result in being charged the full service price of the session you book.
6. If you have not already filled out an intake form, please download it here: INTAKE FORM (.pdf) and bring it to your appointment. If you cannot print, please allow 5 -10 additional minutes at the clinic prior to your appointment for filling out paperwork.
7. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours to confirm your appointment time. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you still don't receive it, call the clinic at 402.680.7768 to confirm your appointment time. A reminder email will be sent the day before your appointment. We cannot be held responsible for you receiving your reminder email, your appointment will already be in the system with the confirmation email.
8. If you need to reschedule your appointment, do so within 24 hours of your appointment. Failure to do may result in full payment of your appointment, and all promotions and gift certificates will count as redeemed in accordance to our, and our partners, policies.
