 Taking Care of You

 

TAKING CARE OF YOU

If we don't take care of ourselves, we having nothing left
to take care of everyone and everything else.

We have to stop putting ourselves last.  
We are the glue that holds our families together.

Make time to take care of yourself everyday!

Look at your attitude:
The quality of your life is your perception.  You can choose to look at the bad, or you can choose to indulge in the good.  Do you remember only the times when people are not so nice, when things don't go your way, when things are harder than you think they will be...or do you remember when someone smiled at you at the grocery store, when someone let you in in traffic, when things went
smoothly and you finished your errands earlier than you thought.

It's easy to be negative, there are so many things that are negative in our society...
but do you take the positive for granted?

If you start looking at the good stuff, it will grow and grow!



Take time to enjoy life by:
Take a bubble bath
Get a massage
Do yoga
Go for a walk
Light a candle
Read a book
Get a manicure
Laugh and smile
Dance around your house
Take a class
Buy yourself flowers
Hug your kids
Pet your pet
Take a day off
Go out with your girlfriends for dinner
Sing a song
