ABOUT OUR TRAININGS
Our daycare provider trainings are meant to help benefit the health, wellness, and lives of you as a daycare provider and your daycare children.
Choose from the categories of reducing stress in your: daycare business, daycare environment, daycare children, and yourself. When you take time for self care, relaxation, and stress reduction the quality of you and your daycare children gets better.
Our goal is to educate in-home providers to allow their lives to be happier, healthier, and less stressful, which in turn benefits the quality of care they can give their children.
HOW IT WORKS:
- simply choose the trainings you would like, order and pay on-line (each hour of training costs $10)
- you will receive your training via snail mail within one week or email us and we will send it to you via email
- trainings consist of:
reading material and studying
applying methods or using techniques discussed in the literature
take a test, answering questions about the writing and applications
- send in your test with the enclosed envelope
- upon correction of the test you will receive a training completion certificate
**Please check with your licensing agency for final approval of the classes for continuing education. For those states that allow on-line and correspondence courses, many of our classes will count for your hours, check with your state agency on what counts in your state.

STRESS EDUCATION
Understanding the Effects of Stress and Reducing it in your Daycare Life
– 3 hours
You will learn:

- how stress shows up in your personal and daycare life

- what stressors are and learn how to identify your stressors in your life
- about the three stages of stress reduction
- what burnout is and how to avoid it

BUSINESS
Dealing with Daycare Parents – 2 hours
You will learn:
- techniques to deal with your daycare parents to best meet both of your needs
- how to deal with confrontation and conflict with your daycare parents
- how to avoid the pitfalls of poor communication with your parents
- how to be a professional and use good communication with your daycare parents

Being Professional and a Good Business Owner in your Daycare – 2 hours
You will Learn:
- the challenges of being a business owner
- how to run your daycare like other businesses
- how to maintain a business relationship and be professional with your daycare parents and kids
- common business success blocks
- common business myths and truths
The Ups and Downs of Being Daycare Providers and How to Stay Up – 2 hours
You will learn:
- to explore why you became a provider
- to understand common challenges and benefits of being an in-home daycare provider
- ways to stay connected to your purpose as a provider
- setting your intention and creating the daycare you desire
- how to get true with what you do and stay aligned with why you do it
CHILDREN
Recognizing and Dealing with Stress in your Daycare Children – 1 hour
You will learn:
- how stress affects children
- signs and symptoms of stress in children
- how to be aware of this stress
- several ways to help children deal with stress

Infant and Toddler Massage – 3 hours
You will learn:
- benefits of massage for infants and toddlers and their caregivers
- how massage can help premature babies and children with special needs
- how to prepare yourself and your environment for a relaxing massage
- how to integrate massage into your day and to advocate it to parents
- massage techniques for children’s legs, feet, back, belly, chest, neck, arms, hands, and face

Yoga for Preschoolers – 2 hours
You will learn:
- the physical and mental benefits of yoga for children
- breathing and relaxation exercises for yoga with children
- fun animal exercises and nature yoga for preschoolers

Relaxation Exercises and Games for Daycare Children – 2 hours
You will learn:
- how relaxation exercises benefit kids physically and mentally, help them fall to sleep faster and sleep better as well as help conditions such as digestive disorders, stomachaches, behavioral problems, anxiety and more.
- breathing exercises for relaxation and wellness
- step by step guided relaxation exercises that kids love

Meditation for Preschoolers - 2 hours
You will learn:
- physical and mental benefits of meditation for children
- how meditation helps children focus, learn better, relax themselves, and gain confidence
- how to prepare and tips to teach meditations to your daycare kids

- seven fun and easy step by step mediations to teach your children

How to Have a More Stress-Free Naptime – 2 hours
You will learn:
- how to establish a naptime ritual
- how to make a more relaxing environment fro your kids to wind down quicker and fall asleep easier
- several ways to help you have an easier nap time

Discipline and Behavioral Time Savers – 2 hours
You will learn:

- what sets in the way of children’s good behavior

- ways to save the time you spend battering with your daycare kids

SELF
Six Basics of Health for you and your Daycare children – 2 hours
You will learn:
- how to reduce stress and better health in your and your daycare kids lives by going back to the basics
- the six important basics of health guaranteed to help reduce stress and increase the health in your daycare
- how to improve your stress level through what you eat and drink
- different types of exercise and how they can benefit you and your daycare children
- how the way you breath and rest affects your health
- how what we think affects our health

Using Positive Thinking to have the Daycare Business that You Want – 3 hours
You will learn:
- how what you think affects your health, wellness, and your business
- how the law of attraction works and how you can use it to attract good things into your life and business
- how to use forgiveness to heal yourself and to deal with your business more professionally and with less stress
- how to use affirmations and positive attitude to rephrase your thinking
- why we don’t already have what we want and how to change your thinking so you can

Relaxation Exercises and Energy Boosters for Daycare Providers – 3 hours
You will learn:
- how relaxation techniques can help your health including conditions such as high blood pressure, low energy, joint or muscle pain, depression and anxiety
- relaxation techniques to help lower your stress throughout the day
- breathing exercises that you can easily do throughout the day to help increase your energy, health, and well being

Meditation for Relaxation for Daycare Providers – 2 hours
You will learn:

- the reasons people meditate
- how to prepare your environment and yourself for meditation
- seven basic meditations that can be used by anyone that include sitting, standing, walking, and sound meditation along with using color, mantras, and forgiveness for healing in meditation

Self and Partner Massage Techniques for Daycare Providers – 3 hours
You will learn:
- physical and psychological benefits of massage therapy
- how massage can help with conditions such as headaches, neck pain, sore backs, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, etc.
- self massage techniques that you can use to release tension in your hands, arms, feet and head

Using Aromatherapy for Wellness in your Daycare – 1 hour

Stretches and Easy Yoga Exercises for Daycare Providers – 2 hours

- easy yoga poses that you can bring into your day to help heal and strengthen the areas in your back, hips, legs, and arms

Reducing Toxic Chemicals and Using Safe Substitutes in your Daycare Environment – 2 hours
You will Learn:
- how the chemicals in your home can affect you, your daycare children’s and your daycare family’s health, can lower your immunity and can cause allergies and other health conditions
- what chemicals are contained in many of your products and the effects of each
- many safe substitutes you can use to increase the wellness in your daycare
