Melanie Osborn is a holistic wellness coach and educator. As a public speaker, she noticed how breathing techniques and relaxation exercises helped her and her clients. She started incorporating them into private sessions and public seminars with great results. After seminars, people would come and ask her if she could record the exercises so they could use them repeatedly at home. In private sessions, Melanie used these methods with clients and she wanted them to be able to have the same benefits at home to help them heal. So after a couple years, she finally put her voice to music and recorded the techniques, thus the "Just Breathe..." and "Just Relax..." programs were born.
